Special Acts of the General Assembly 19 Spec. Acts 1006, No. 490
The zoning commission, heretofore appointed by the mayor of the city of New Haven under an act creating zoning districts in the city of New Haven, approved June 24, 1921, is continued in office and is granted the powers and charged with the duties created by this act.
